Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026 • Official Enterprise Documentation
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, provisioning, or using any services provided by NeuraVolt Cloud Services ("NeuraVolt"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Provisioning & Permitted Usage
NeuraVolt delivers enterprise NVMe cloud hosting, bare-metal virtual compute, managed automation clusters, and Guardian SRE cybersecurity defense. Customers agree not to utilize services for unauthorized distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) reflection, bulk unsolicited commercial emailing (SPAM), cryptocurrency mining without prior written authorization, or hosting of illicit material.
3. Guardian SRE Autonomous Defense
Instances protected by NeuraVolt Guardian 2.0 include automated daemon execution, kernel-level packet filtering via host firewalls, and heuristic quarantine mechanisms. While Guardian operates with zero tolerance against unauthorized backdoors and privilege escalations, customers maintain responsibility for securing third-party custom code.
4. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation
Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Invoices must be settled upon invoice date to ensure uninterrupted infrastructure availability. Services may be cancelled at any time via the customer billing portal prior to the subsequent billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
NeuraVolt's total contractual liability for any failure, outage, or performance degradation shall be strictly governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlined in our official SLA Policy.
